SP Hostname Subcommands
The subcommands in TABLE H-17 manage the SP host and domain.
SP Get Hostname Subcommand
Description: Displays the current host name and optionally the domain name of
the SP. This name is used by many of the networking programs to identify the
machine. It is also used to identify a logging subdirectory for event logs.
Format
Command format:
sp get hostname [-f | --fqdn]
TABLE H-18 lists the argument for this subcommand.

sp get hostname Displays the current host name and optionally the domain name of
the SP.
sp set hostname Resets the host name or domain name of the SP to the specified
name.
